Project highlights
Tawam Dialysis Center is a hospital under Abu Dhabi Health Services Co. (SEHA) and therefore, the project required exceptional workmanship and safety requirements. Our scope was fabrication, supply and installation of Steel structures with 2 hours intumescent fireproofing paint and Decking sheet for floor slab.
- Fireproof paints application had to be done on site
- Spray paint travel distance was estimated to be around 100 meters off site
- Few sandblasting operations had to be undertaken on site
Final outcome of project
We were able to successfully overcome the challenges and complete our tasks to perfection, thanks to the relentless effort and communication between us and our client.
- Decking sheet for floor slab properly installed
- Paint application zones were cordoned with tarpaulin
- Water based intumescent paint used instead of oil based paint
