Project highlights
Emirates Call Center is located in TECOM, Dubai, and was built to handle customer service calls to Emirates Airlines and it’s associates. At G+6 floors, this is one of the highest steel buildings we have built.
- Challenging structure height - basement plus ground plus 6 floors
- Over 2500 tonnes structures fabricated and installed
- Curved roof structure for visual aesthetics
- Stiff deadline for such massive project - only 120 days
Final outcome of project
While the height and sheer size of the project combined with the time-frame was quite challenging, we managed to pull it off successfully without compromising workmanship quality.
- Production team fabricated materials in due time
- Double shift and additional manpower were deployed to achieve deadline
- Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) and tower cranes were employed to handle high rise installations
