Project highlights
This is ADNOC’s flagship project called ADNOC Belhasa on the very well known Shaikh Zayed Road in Dubai. Needless to say, quality requirements were stringent and deadline was tight. Here are a few highlights that made the project challenging:
- Sandwich panels installation
- Total distance of cantilever beam was 12 meters
- Allowable height for the beam was restricted to 900mm
- This was due to fascia frame size and false ceiling
Final outcome of project
Since we already had experience with over a dozen service stations, we were quickly able to come up with the appropriate solutions:
- Beams were designed with camber by our experienced structural engineers
- This was done to achieve the allowable overall deflection
- Deployed our impeccable paints system on site
